NEPSI China Accreditation

NEPSI (National Supervision and Inspection Center for Explosion Protection and Safety of Instrumentation)

NEPSI is a specialized agency authorized by the government and is an international laboratory of the IECEx. A mutual recognition is possible by establishing a mutual agreement with many international explosion-proof accreditation organizations as China's explosion-proof certification system. NEPSI is a subsidiary of Shanghai Automatic Control Surveying Equipment Verification Laboratory (STIIAS), and has been recognized by China's State or Service (CNAS) for assessment of compliance. Development, testing, verification and certification of electrical equipment used in explosive environments, as well as safety inspection and technical evaluation of explosion-proof equipment for equipment users.
