Article 6 and 7 of the Special Act on Safety Management of Facilities (Safety Check and Precision Safety Diagnosis)

  • The management entity shall conduct safety inspections of the managed facilities in accordance with safety inspections and precise safety procedures in order to maintain the function and safety of the facilities. Safety inspections will be divided into periodic inspections, precision inspections and emergency inspections. As a result of carrying out safety inspection by rule of Article 6 to facility, when we admit that it is necessary for disaster or disaster prevention and securing of safety of facility, we must carry out precision safety diagnosis.
